About The Event

The best way to protect your business and your family is to mitigate the many risks that accompany business ownership. This evening will cover various strategies to help business owners mitigate those risks (divorce, death of an owner/manager, conflict amongst owners) such as marriage contracts, the use of insurance, the need for a comprehensive shareholders' agreement and proper governance structures. We will also look at some of the potential risks related to inheriting a business that are often overlooked.
